Unverferth Manufacturing, an established agricultural equipment manufacturer, located in Shell Rock, Iowa, is expanding and is seeking a qualified individual for this position.

The person for this career opportunity will be responsible for assisting in coordinating product design for manufacturing, tooling, process review
and capacity planning for manufacturing processes at our Shell Rock, Iowa facility. This individual will also be responsible for directing and implementing
Lean concepts, initiatives and training programs. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Process or Industrial Engineering or related
discipline, qualified candidate will have:

•5-7 years of applicable work experience
•Familiarity with MRP and ERP scheduling systems
•Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office
•Agricultural equipment manufacturing or hands-on experience in farming is a plus
